Stefanie is the owner of FIT4MOM Jensen Beach/Palm City/Stuart and has been an instructor here since 2017! Stef is a certified instructor/coach in Stroller Strides, Body Ignite and RUNCLUB+. Stef has three wonderful kiddos and all 3 have been with her at class throughout the years, which was just what she was looking for in the baby/toddler years! She also loves teaching the Mom-only classes for those mamas that are in another stage of motherhood! She loves all things FITNESS and loves to get outside to get a great workout in with her mama friends! She LOVES that FIT4MOM is so much more than a workout! It is a community of supportive moms that get to go through this amazing motherhood journey together, whatever stage of motherhood they are in! Stef cannot wait to see you in class!
