Join us for Stroller Barre at the Treasure Coast Square Mall on Monday mornings from June-September to beat that Florida summer heat! Park near the Movie Theater/food court entrance, and enter the mall at the food court. Walk past the food court on the right and we will be in the open space, near JcPenney.
After class, stick around and grab a coffee and snack at Gregorys Coffee, enjoy some mama chat, and let the kiddos play together at the Treasure Coast Squares's newly renovated toddler playground!

Jock Leighton Park
Join us for Stroller Strides at Jock Leighton Park. When you come in, take a left and park anywhere. We will be on the paved area near the Skate Park. After, stay for playgroup at the playground!

Sewall's Point Park
Join us for amazing views while we move during Stroller Strides at Sewall's Point Park.
Please remember to park only facing the fountain or the last 2 spots on South Sewall's Point Rd. (near the house). The other spots parallel to South Sewalls Point Rd. are open to residents of the town and we cannot park in those. Overflow parking should be kitty-corner in the same parking lot as The Catch restaurant.

Flagler Park
Meet near the basketball courts/playground area. Please bring your band and your mat/towel/blanket for Stroller Strides.
For Body Ignite, please bring your own set of dumbbells (suggested: anywhere between 3-10lbs) and a mat.

Under the Stuart Causeway - Rain location
If it is raining or just to avoid the sun, we'll sometimes have class under the Ocean Avenue Bridge. As you head east towards Hutchinson Island, take a quick left after you pass the Premier Realty Group. Plan on meeting here only if you receive a text from an instructor notifying you of the change.
