Here’s to making 2026 our best year yet—together.

Happy New Year, Mamas! Wishing you and your families a year filled with so much love, health, joy, and so many sweet moments together. The past year has been full of so many moments that remind us why this village matters—getting our sweat on together to feel good in motherhood and life, laughing and reconnecting at Moms’ Nights Out, watching our babies make their first little friendships at playdates, and showing up for ourselves in every season of motherhood.

As we head into a new year, we’re so excited to get back to classes with you and continue building a space where you can move your body, feel supported, and never feel like you’re doing this alone. In 2026, we will be here for you to help you feel stronger, more confident, more connected, and more you—both inside and out.

So let’s raise a glass (or baby bottle) to new beginnings, new dreams, renewed strength, hope, growth, and a village that shows up—every step of the way.

We are bringing literature to our littles! Join us for LIT4LITTLES. This event is free. We will be reading a book for storytime & then do a children's book swap for anyone wanting to swap their preloved books with others. Meet at the Patio at Palm City Place on Mapp Rd. Bring a blanket or mat for a "picnic" style gathering-option to bring snacks. I will bring coffee - I will have cups, but maybe bring a spill proof coffee cup or one with a lid if you can, since we will all be sitting on the ground. Please RSVP by 1/23 so I know how much coffee to bring!

Whether you’re an avid reader or just looking for a reason to gather, unwind, and share stories (on the page and in real life), this is a place to unwind with other mamas. Discussion day is free to attend, and it is meant to be a welcoming space open to all moms - whether you read the book or not!
