This May, we're celebrating FIT4MOM’s 25-year anniversary by inviting moms everywhere to move together. Whether you walk or run—solo, with a friend or alongside your FIT4MOM Village—every mile counts toward something bigger: connection, community, and celebrating motherhood.

Join the challenge & be entered to win! It's so easy (it takes 10 seconds!). From May 1 through May 31- you just need to hit a total of 25 miles for the entire month!! (That is just a little over a mile per day - we probably hit that just between FIT4MOM classes & errands each day!!). FIT4MOM will send you your tracker after you sign up. Save it in your phone and use either text or sticker in your photo edit to make off each mile you completed weekly.

Prizes include:

• ✨ Thule gear and accessories

ALSO - I will have a weekly local drawing each week, including some small prizes. All you have to do:

• post a photo on your story of you walking each week.
• post your updated tracker on your story each week
• Make sure to TAG @fit4momjensenbeach and @fit4momhq with #f4m25 in both of your stories

We have two village walks during the 25-for-25 challenge!

🚶‍♀️May 6: Kickoff at Flagler Park, 9:30am. Meet at the basketball courts. Try to be on time! Thank you to Coast Spine Center for providing our Mom Fuel for the walk!

🏃‍♀️ May 27: Wrap-up Walk & Party. Meet at Jock Leighton Park in Palm City at 9:30am. We will walk to Sorelle Coffee Co. and back. Playgroup on the playground afterwards! Thank you to Sorelle Coffee Co. for sponsoring our Wrap-up Party! All walkers in our group will receive 10% off their order, a complimentary treat for their kiddo, and a BOGO voucher for your next visit!
