Our annual WALK-TOBER Challenge is almost here!

This month-long step challenge is all about moving more, staying accountable, and having fun together!
PLUS ➡️ Weekly Walk-tober Stroll & Sips
Join us every Thursday at 9:30 a.m. for our Weekly Walk-tober Stroll & Sips. Meet at the basketball courts at Flagler Park for a quick stretch, then walk the Healthy Trail to Gilbert’s for coffee before strolling back. Strollers welcome!
➡️Our first Stroll & Sip is Thursday, October 2 and we will also be walking to bring awareness to maternal mental health and wellness with Dr. Ellen, founder of Whole Counseling & Wellness. Wear green! More info here.
HOW IT WORKS: participants will be broken up into teams. Each team will be led by one of our FIT4MOM instructors.
1. Track your steps: We’ll be using the free StepUp app - it's easy to sign up and syncs with fitness trackers. You will receive a link from your team leader and you will set up your free account. This will track you & your team's progress. (Week runs Sunday-Saturday)
2. Bonus raffle for members: You will receive 1 entry for each FIT4MOM class & event you attend during the month of October. Check the calendar below for pumpkins - 1 pumpkin means 1 extra entry, 2 pumpkins means two extra entries!
3. Support & Incentives: Motivational Check-ins from your team leader. Steppers on the team with the most steps will receive a little prize. Overall Top Stepper of the challenge will receive a prize. Raffle winner will receive a prize!
