Ice Cream in a Bag
Ingredients
- kitchen towel
- (1) quart zip lock bag
- (2) one gallon zip lock bags
- ice
- salt
- half and half or heavy cream
- sugar
- vanilla extract
- ice cream toppings of choice
PREP YOUR BAG:
- In QUART bag:
- 1 tablespoon of sugar,
- ½ cup of heavy cream
- ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract
- SEAL BAG WELL
- Grab a GALLON bag and add:
- 4 cups of ice
- ½ cup of salt
- Put the first QUART bag you prepared into the gallon bag with the ice cubes. Be sure both bags are sealed shut
- Put it inside another gallon bag
SHAKE IT UP!
Shake, roll, and jump around to mix the bag! Have fun with it!
TOP IT OFF & ENJOY:
- Scoop into a bowl
- Top it with your toppings
