Jo is Martin County Native and loves raising her 2 kids in the same area where she grew up. She has Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education, but has had many different career experiences. She joined the FIT4MOM community back in January 2020 and has been a Stroller Strides Instructor since 2023. Learning and growing in the FIT4MOM community is a great joy for Jo. Being connected with Mom Friends, having fun at Stroller Strides classes and watching Mamas babies grow up together are her favorite parts of FIT4MOM. Jo loves having new Mamas become part of our community, and reminding everyone “your most important stretch is your smile.”
