Kassie Schilling

Owner/Instructor

I joined the FIT4MOM community in January 2025, shortly after my son turned one. What started as a simple goal — meeting local moms, staying active, and planning a few playdates — quickly became so much more. I found a village of encouragement, real friendship, connection, and strength during a season when I truly needed it.

I am so grateful to be able to lead this beautiful community today. As the owner and an instructor, I’m passionate about creating that same empowering space for other moms. I believe deeply in the power of motherhood and community, and I love being able to cheer you on through every stage of this journey. I also firmly believe in our FIT4MOM value that we call "ripple" — that when our children see us choosing movement, prioritizing our health, showing kindness, and building community, it shapes what they believe is normal. They are watching us model strength, resilience, and connection in real time. My hope is that what we build here ripples from our generation to theirs… and continues on.

I’m certified in prenatal and postnatal fitness and also hold my 200-hour yoga teacher certification. I teach Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, and our mom-only Body Ignite strength training classes. I’m also currently studying for my NASM CPT and CNC certifications.

When I am not leading class, you can find me spending time with my husband, Jeff, and son Oliver, and those I love most! I love to travel, learn about other cultures firsthand, go boating with my family, paint, read a good book, and practice the Italian language (Italian Language and Civ was my minor in college and I did my study abroad in Florence, Italy! I love all things Italy - the food, the wine, their way of slowing down and appreciating life. It is also my heritage and where a lot of my family comes from so it is very close to my heart- plus... did I mention the FOOD!?). I also love to hike! Fun fact - prior to having our son, my husband and I completed a major bucket list item and trekked the 4-day, 3-night Classic Inca Trail to Machu Picchu! It was an amazing (and very challenging) experience!

Whether you’re pushing a stroller, chasing a new goal, or just showing up after a long sleepless night, I’m right there beside you — one sweat session (and coffee chat) at a time. Motherhood is beautiful and hard and everything in between… and you don’t have to do it alone.

Come as you are. You found your village. 💛
